im still about 400$ short of my goal of not getting my bank account shut down..and i have 20 days to get it out of the negative or im screwed. i went to the bank today to explain to them that it was not my fault and they are unreasonable and refuse to waive any fees.

im negative 600 in the bank (due to situations out of my control) and i have a car payment and a direct deposit check coming up.

when my check goes into my bank..all of it is gonna be used towards that negative 600 and so pretty much i wont have a check this coming friday. i live with my mom and shes also negative in the bank trying to help me and we are in a really bad mess and pretty much are looking at losing everything we have including our apartment, if we dont figure out something by wednesday.

so last night i went out drinking with some friends, as my first time drinking legally in my own town..
i drank alot of beer dont remember how much but i know i hadnt eaten much that day..
so we were leaving as the bar closed and at first we were gonna sit around and osber up a little then all a sudden i get the bright idea that im sober and i can drive home. so offffffffffffffffffff i go.

so i was going like 5 miles an hour, had my seastbelt on and everything, but my lights were off and i slow down to let the car infront of me pass by cause i didnt know i was driving down a one way street the wrong way.. and the car that was ifront of me was a sheriff and he told me to stay where i was and i was like “dont you think we should move to a parking lot?” and hes like jsut stay there.. and he called for reinforcements and was like “yeah im gonna be delayed i got a young lady excessively drunk i can smell the alcohol on her from my car..and she was going down a one way the wrong direction with her lights off..” and then i had like 3 other officers around my car…and i gave them my ID and insurance and i was like “sheriff, with all do respect are the reinforcements necassary? i mean youre a sherrif cant you just handle it?” and then they checked my record and i heard them talking about how my record was whistle clean they are like “she has nothing on her record..” and one asshole cop was like “dammit, we coulda really gotten her..” and the other officers were like..”well what should we do? take her in? she can barely talk..” and the sherriff was like ‘no no we need to let her call someone to come get her..’ so they come to my window give me back my insurance and kept my ID and they are like “hey you can roll up your window cause its raining and call someone to come get you ..” and then they decided to just let me sit in the back of one of their cop cars and i extended my hand to the officer to grab his hand to say thank you and hes liek DONT TOUCH ME so we go sit in the back of his car and he said i can bring my purse with me and i was like hey arent you gonna handcuff me? and hes like “thats not nessacary maam and then i was like “listen im really really drunk..just take me to jail.” and hes like “we are trying to avoid that..” and we were two blocks away from teh downtown holding cells..and then i started getting an attitude with them and the sherriff came over and said “listen! we can take you in to jail right now for a DWI, if we did a breathalizer on you youre so drunk youd prolly break the fucking thing, i could smell alcohol seeping off you when i pulled you over and i was still in my car…and we can take away your license forever for being as drunk as you are, so i would lose the attitude and dont push your luck..” then i shut up real quick and i was sitting in the back of a cop car and started crying cause i realized finally what was going on.. the officer was like “why are you crying kristin?” and i was like”cause im in trouble”  and hes like “youre not in trouble! do you have handcuffs on?” and i said no and hes like “is your purse with you so you can call whoever you want?” and im like yes and hes like “are we giving you a ticket?” and im like i dont know and hes like “listen , im not giving you a ticket cause i didnt see you driving…get the point?” and before that when i was in my car still the officers were asking me where i worked, and what i was going to school for and all these things…so what i gather is that some of the officers really didnt want me to be in trouble and some of them were just assholes..cause one of em was making fun of me and then when i started copping an attitude with him..at one point i was like “LISTEN HERE OFFICER..” real  belittling like and thats when he gave me a look of stern warning.

so thank god for walter! OH THANK YOU WALTER!..he drove in the middle of the night from arlington to come pick my ass up, the cop parked my car and told me to come get it in the morning..and then me and walter drove around for a bit and i told him to just take me back to my car cause i didnt wanna leave it there…so he did and i followed him to the highway and went home..still a little drunk but that whole cop buisness scared the fuck out of me so much that i sobered up enough to make it home safely.

so now im awake about to go to work and i have a show tonight and im thinking im not gonna be drinking tonight.
