The Grammar Club Has a Flier

January 8th, 2008
The Grammar Club has a flier!

Please blow your whole print quota on them, and place them in visible areas all over your local bar, library, dorm room, hip-hop shop, comic book retailer, Hot Topic and Taco Bell.

The link below points to the Fliers page on The Grammar Club’s website, where the first flier is up for download. I hope to have more fliers coming in in the near future, so, if you’re an artist, please help me out with that by making one and posting it to this thread, and emailing it to me.

Put it in your browser:

I have a new album, with a new band, available free for download, at a new site. This is my first release since Toybox, so go get it.

The band is called The Grammar Club and the album is entitled Bremelanotide. Please support us on viral networking sites like digg!

Go get the new album at thegrammarclub.com!

Rihanna Cover

July 7th, 2007
I did this Rihanna Cover two days ago. I also put it on my MySpace, although it won’t be there permanently. The permanent link is here:

Digg Captain S

March 30th, 2007
If you have a spare moment, you may want to Digg Captain S - Episode 6, and watch it, while you’re at it. It is the best episode yet, hands-down, and I’d watch it even if I weren’t in it, as an actor, playing kind of an invincible meat-head who’s good at sports.

We had to re-shoot me dribbling a soccer ball once, like, nine times.

I took a few minutes out of my day (hah!) to make something in the vein of the soundtrack from Kill Bill.

The Unsound Method - Cowboy

For those in need of explaintion, The Unsound Method is a pseudonym under which I sometimes release abstract or amelodic compositions, or simpley pieces of experimentation with sound.

Shout-out from MC Router

March 24th, 2007
Following a pleasent phonecall, MC Router made laid out this short track, exclusively comprised of a shout-out to me and my friend and fellow nerd-type rapper Beefy.

Kids, prepare to feel the love. <3

MC Router’s Shout-out

This is particularly auspicious, as I’d already written in a shout-out to her and her crew, l33t g33k b3ats (I might have gotten the 1337 “a” wrong), on my upcoming track for the nerdcore compo Miss Information.

Iron and Wine Cover

March 24th, 2007
I did a cover of an Iron and Wine song.

Shael Riley - Cinders and Smoke (Iron and Wine cover)

Does anyone listen to them? I hear that doing so makes one hip.

Balls to the Wind

March 24th, 2007

Did you think that we were going to just go away?

For those of you who didn’t know me in college, my band Citizen Red is a side project named after the fictitious band of the live-action roleplaying Vampire: the Masquerade characters of its members. By side project I mean I wouldn’t want anyone to be associated with this band, let alone anyone who is me, and by band I mean I am very sorry.

You see, it’s a must we drop that gangster shit.

Tracklist:

1. Duplicate Pirate
2. I’m the Mayor
3. Duck Season
4. Emo Band
5. Jeff’s Wake-up Call
6. All Black
7. Creative Process
8. Bad Words
9. PA Work
10. Who am I?
11. Super Model
12. Goodbye, Girls

Select tracks feature guest spots by Juese, Beefy, and MC Router. Peep it. With your ears.

My Street Fighter 2 project went up on Overclocked yesterday. It’s a fan-made arrangement album for the Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo OST that I directed over the course of this year and last. I even have two of my own songs in it, and one’s inexcusabley and obliquely emo.
